Governor Alec Baldwin?

The actor says there is a group in Ohio that's trying to convince him to run for governor of the state.

A democrat is currently in Columbus, Ohio, but Ohio could be a blue, red or purple state depending on the year.

Alec Baldwin is tied up with 30 Rock until March 2012. The actor has said he'll retire from acting then, but he doesn't know what he'll do with the rest of his life.

So, do you think Gov. Baldwin would do a good job? Or is he too liberal for Ohio?
