The image above is the front of a card by Hallmark a few years ago. Paris Hilton tried suing Hallmark in 2007 for "misappropriation of publicity and infringement on a federally registered trademark." Hallmark tried to get the case dismissed, but an appeals court ruled yesterday that the lawsuit will go ahead. Meanwhile, "Paris Hilton" as a search term seems to be locked into a steady year-on-year decline...
