Just looking at this image makes me queasy. That's the view from the 103rd floor of the Sears Tower in Chicago.
You're looking at a busy Chicago street through glass from 103 stories. The Sears Tower just opened the 103 skydeck nicknamed 'the ledge.' From there you get unobstructed view of Chicago, the river and streets.
These glass balconies jut out of the 103rd floor, some 1353 feet above ground level.
I am not sure how I feel about heights, but I bet this is pretty awesome.
