An Ohio man says his 5 year old Hindu son was force-fed a beef taco at a Cincinnati Public School. The man says it's an "intentional act of religious bigotry."The school says the boy ate the taco, but he chose the taco. This is part of a long running dispute between the school and the parent.
The U.S Justice Dept. is investigating the allegation.
